This website has been established for the convenience of Texas Traditions homeowners as well as prospective homeowners.

- Conveniently located off Williams Drive, on Booty Crossing Rd, approximately 2 miles from downtown Georgetown, TX
- We are located in Williamson County within the Georgetown, TX, Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (not in Georgetown city limits; more info here).
This is a “Covenant Protected” community, managed through Georgetown Traditions Property Owners Association (GTPOA), Inc. All existing, new, and prospective homeowners are encouraged to review all GTPOA governing documents as they specify the restrictions, processes and requirements that must be followed by all homeowners, property owners, and renters.
Property owners and residents: For full site access, including Calendar, Classifieds, Board of Directors, Committees, architectural request forms, newsletter archives, etc., log in using your email and password.
